At Movement Solutions Mobile Physical Therapy, we make paying for your care simple and transparent.
Insurance Accepted:
- Medicare Part B
- Blue Shield of California Medicare Advantage Plan
- Out-of-Network: We can provide an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance company.
Self-Pay Option
- $200 for evaluation
- $175 for treatment session
- No service fee for self-pay clients
** Said rates are for clients within my designated service area. Clients outside this area may have a different rate, please call for details.
- Insurance Support
- Complimentary eligibility check to review your coverage
- Some insurers require pre-authorization before starting therapy
- Some plans require a physician referral for therapy services
- We offer insurance assistance as a courtesy, but coverage is not guaranteed

Convenient, On-Time Appointments at Your Door
We bring therapy to you on your schedule with clear policies that keep your care smooth and stress-free.
Booking
- Online scheduling is not currently available, but may be offered in the future.
- Please allow for a 15-minute arrival window from your scheduled time. If we expect to be later, your therapist will call or text you.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations require at least 25 hours’ notice.
- Less than 24 hours notice: $75 fee
- No-shows: $150 fee
- A no-show occurs when your therapist arrives and there is no answer, or the session is cancelled at the door.
Our goal is to keep your care convenient while respecting everyone’s time.
