John is a Physical Therapist and the founder of Movement Solutions Mobile Physical Therapy. He began his career by completing a residency in orthopedics and manual therapy, an achievement that only 2% of licensed PT’s have earned. This foundation has benefited his patients, as John continues to focus his interventions on what is evidence based and effective. In John’s career he has work experience in both outpatient and at home sub-acute care. This dual background is a good compliment when treating patients in a home setting because patients benefit from working with a provider who is skilled at customizing PT to a home setting, making home based therapy advantageous for patient progress, and also has the experience and training to work with patients appropriate for outpatient PT. John has a high amount of experience working with patients with orthopedic and neurologic disorders, post-operative therapy for those patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, as well as cardiac rehab. One of John’s favorite patient populations is the active senior, helping them to enjoy independent living and a high quality of life. John founded Movement Solutions in 2025 with the mission of delivering outpatient therapy to people outside of the clinic. It is John’s vision that treating patients where they live, work, or play increases relevance, access to therapy, supports patient commitment to their goals, and reduces the cost of therapy so that patients can benefit from one-to-one sessions with their PT.

Certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations

Katie is an occupational therapist with 8 years of experience working with people in the comfort of their home, and 7 years of experience in outpatient occupational therapy. During her outpatient occupational therapy career she developed and managed therapy programs that assessed work injuries, performed a microanalysis of the physical and cognitive components to a job, and created programs of recovery that either guided people back to their job or identified new jobs that could be performed without injuring their body. In her home-based OT position, she has helped people overcome life altering illness and injury, as well as optimize their abilities so they are living at their fullest capacity. Katie combines these areas of experience to create a unique approach to healing people in the environment of their choosing.  At Movement Solutions Katie assesses daily tasks and activities, identifies those that are aggravating symptoms, and turns them into recovery opportunities. Thus, turning a moment that would normally be a set-back into an event that facilitates progress.
