Our 30-minute Movement Screen uses the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to evaluate how your body moves as a whole—not just one isolated area. Unlike traditional PT, which is often limited by insurance and referrals, this holistic approach identifies functional movement patterns essential for daily living.
You’ll receive a detailed report outlining which movements you passed, where limitations exist, and recommended exercises or treatments to improve those areas. This makes it an excellent tool for tracking progress, enhancing performance, and preventing future injuries.
