In contrast to traditional physical therapy, which is often constrained by insurance limitations and referrals, this comprehensive approach uncovers functional movement patterns that are crucial for daily activities. You’ll receive a thorough report detailing which movements you succeeded in, identifying areas of limitation, and offering recommended exercises or treatments to enhance those aspects.
